Finding aids/guides exist for many of the Microform Collections. Please ask Media Commons staff.
Special note regarding finding aids for Central and Eastern European Collections. The Petro-Jacyk Resource Centre (Robarts Library-3rd floor) has produced several finding aids, available at their website's Special Collections link
The Microform collection also includes University of Toronto Masters and PhD. dissertations on microfiche.
Viewing/Scanning Facilities
Digital microform scanners, equipped to handle microfilm, microfiche and microprint, are available in the Media Commons Reading room. Digital scans can be made to a USB storage device free of charge. Printed copies cost 15-cents per page and require the use of a TCard/Copy card. Media Commons staff is available at all times to assist.
Borrowing & Reserving
Reservations not required. The collection is open to everyone, but only those with a valid TCard may borrow materials outside Media Commons. The regular loan period is two weeks. Some restrictions may apply.
